Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 72 hours before the event. Reschedules must be made at least 7 days in advance or will result in loss of deposit. Any damage to the space or furniture is the responsibility of the renter. Renters must return the space in the same condition or will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. No smoking indoors. Hookah allowed in designated areas only. Alcohol is permitted, but client is responsible for behavior and safety of guests. Overtime is billed at $75/hour if available and must be paid at the time of extension.
