Cancellation Policy

SuperDope Studio Space Rental Policy 📅 Booking & Payments All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our Wix platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot. Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing. ⏱️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. You may reschedule once if done at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰ Time Management Please arrive on time. Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time. No additional time will be granted for late arrivals. A $25 late departure fee will apply if the room is not vacated on time. 🧼 Cleanliness & Conduct Please leave the space in the same condition it was found. Trash must be disposed of properly, and equipment returned to its place. No smoking or drug use is allowed in the space. SuperDope Nation reserves the right to end any session without refund if property policies are violated. 🎛️ Equipment Use Any damage to equipment or the space will be the renter’s responsibility and will result in repair/replacement fees. Do not remove any equipment, lighting, or furniture from the premises. 📸 Content + Promotion You’re welcome to film or shoot in the space. Tag us @SuperDopeNation if you'd like to be featured.
